Australia

Australia, officially the Commonwealth of Australia, is a country in the southern hemisphere comprising the mainland of the world's smallest continent, the major island of Tasmania and numerous other islands in the Indian and Pacific Oceans. Australia is the world's largest exporter of coal, wool, aluminium, diamonds, sheep, lead, refined zinc ores and mineral sands. Australia, remote from any other continent, has many distinctive forms of plant life - notably species of giant eucalyptus - and of animal life, including the kangaroo, the koala, the sugar glider, the wallaby, the wombat, the platypus, the spiny anteater, and many unusual birds.
